Each order is very well packed to protect the fragile contents and the display cases come flat-packed with instructions and fittings for easy assembly.
Shipping costs are calculated by the volumetric weight; total size and weight of the order.
Display cases and large stand orders are sent out with insured trackable carrier services; FedEx or DHL. Smaller stand orders are sent out with Royal Mail.
Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times vary based on where they are delivered but are typically between 1 - 3 business days.

We have a 28-day return policy.
To initiate a return, you must indicate your intention within 7 working days of receiving the product. To start a return, you can contact us at info@idisplayit.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be received by us within 28 days of the delivery date.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us safely; this is not refundable. Goods will only be accepted if a copy of the fully completed returns form is presented. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping charges on the original order are not refundable.
Your item must arrive in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. The protective film on all the acrylic panels must not have been removed and the display needs to be in its original state.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or bespoke items (made to order).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The price of the goods, not including the postage charge is refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This is a wall mounted display case designed for LEGO® 10283 NASA Space Shuttle Discovery.

This case is specially designed to display the LEGO® NASA Space Shuttle Discovery & Hubble Telescope on the wall. There is a concealed wall bracket holding the models. The front panel of the display case is held on with hooks and two screws, so it can be easily removed. The entire case is offset from the wall by four chrome finish brass spacers. Installation is required, by drilling four holes in the wall.
This wall display features a printed background. Don't worry, you don't have to apply any sticker yourself. It comes already on.
The case is made from 3-5mm thick acrylic.

This quality and craftsmanship is phenomenal. It’s museum-level quality. You will need more than two hands to hang it, but overall easy to assemble. And it was packaged well. My son absolutely loves it. We’ll definitely revisit when we have future needs.

This is the second case I've bought from these guys. Brilliant customer service, helpful and friendly. The case is as I expected after building my first one (3 in 1 wall mounted case for the Saturn V Rocket), superb quality and flawless finish. Very easy to assemble and the pre-applied high quality backdrop image of the Earth and Moon looks amazing. Very happy to recommend

This is by far my favorite case. The mounting, and the print are just amazing. While this is not really a case that allows for easy changes in the way the model is displayed it simply looks spectacular. The only thing I did differently was I used different drywall mollies. I would suggest something a little stronger but I was paranoid about it not holding well once all the weight was added.
When mine arrived it was missing 6 of the larger locks and they were great about offering to mail them, but instead I placed a new order so they could put them with that and send DHL.

My wife bought me this case as a birthday present. Firstly, the quality is amazing, the background picture really displays the Shuttle and Hubble well.
Having built 11 idisplayit cases to date I wasn't expecting the effort required to build this one! Wall hung cases are much more intense/involved than standing cases.
My first tip is to allow two hours for locating, building and fitting to the wall, an additional person to help with the construction would also be a bonus, especially when it comes to fitting to the wall.
My second tip is, on mine at least, that you need to have the rear wheels down to secure the Shuttle to the case hook.
My last tip is to use one of the signage legs (that come with the set) to push the studs into the background, I managed to fit one and then after swearing, clicked the idisplayit provided studs into the bottom of the Shuttle sign stand and used that to push the remaining seven studs into the background.
Overall, it looks fabulous and is a great way to show off this Lego set.
