More New LEGO Sets Coming in March 2023
MOTORBIKES, BRICKHEADZ, SPIDER-MAN AND MORE HIT SHELVES NEXT MONTH
Unless you’ve been living in a brick-built cave since Christmas – or you’re still too busy building all your new sets – you’ll know that March 2023 is going to be one of the biggest months of the year for new LEGO sets.
We’ve already previewed the epic Lord of the Rings Rivendell set due for release on 8th March and the upcoming March 2023 LEGO Harry Potter and LEGO Speed Champions models. In today’s blog, we’re picking out another batch of our most anticipated sets, all due to arrive on the LEGO website next month.
Read on as we look at some exciting new LEGO IDEAS builds, BrickHeadz figurines, Spider-Man adventures and collectable motorbikes…
LEGO Vintage Motorcycle and Batman’s Batcycle
If tire-screeching motorcycles are your vehicle collectable of choice, check out these two LEGO options, both arriving on 1st March.
As the name implies, the LEGO Creator 3in1 Vintage Motorcycle 31135 pays tribute to classic American bikes such as the Harley-Davidson and Indian Chief. At the nifty price of £12.99, this set would make a fun, non-intrusive desk ornament at work or home.
The LEGO Technic THE BATMAN - BATCYCLE 42155 toy is a replica of the vehicle driven by Robert Pattinson in the 2022 movie The Batman. We love the epic all-black colour and thick heavy-duty wheels, complemented by hints of red and blue. Fans of the Caped Crusader can pick up this set for £49.99.
New LEGO Marvel Spider-Man: Spidey and His Amazing Friends Sets
While aimed at younger LEGO fans, these three new Spider-Man LEGO sets have neatly recreated some iconic scenes from Marvel’s long-running web-slinging franchise.
We’re most interested in Team Spidey at Green Goblin’s Lighthouse 10790, which has a funky Green Goblin and hoverboard, along with a distinctly Halloween-decoration-worthy lighthouse. Team Spidey’s Mobile Headquarters 10791 also has an epic Rhino minifigure and eye-catching mobile HQ. Fans of the dastardly Dock Ock will want to grab Spider-Man’s Car and Doc Ock 10789, which includes Spidey’s car.
LEGO Ant-Man Construction Figure – 76256
Following the recent release of Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, fans of the tiny quantum superhero can now grab this funky LEGO Construction Figure, which stands over 24cm tall.
With fully articulated limbs and joints, the Ant-Man construction figure also includes a minuscule micro-figure of The Wasp! The set is priced at £29.99, making it an affordable addition to any Marvel fan’s desk, shelf or counter.
New LEGO BrickHeadz For March 2023
We discussed the LEGO BrickHeadz phenomenon in a recent blog, where we also previewed new sets celebrating Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi and Disney’s 100th anniversary.
Joining the raft of other BrickHeadz releases are two Disney-themed brick figure double sets coming out on 1st March: Cruella & Maleficent 40620 and Moana & Merida 40621. Both sets are priced at £17.99.
The Moana and Merida BrickHeadz have some beautiful details, with the textured hair of each character instantly recognisable in brick form. The recent Disney Princess and star of Pixar’s 2012 film Brave also carries her signature bow and arrow, while the ancient Polynesian adventurer Moana carries her multi-use paddle.
WALL·E was a beloved Disney Pixar Animation Studios release from 2008, thrilling audiences with its cute and quirky robot set in a dystopian future sci-fi world. Now LEGO collectors can grab the EVE & WALL-E 40619 set, which includes the Extraterrestrial Vegetation Evaluator and deuteragonist who meets Wall-E while sent to earth on a scanning mission. The new set will cost £13.49.
A-Frame Cabin – 21338
With all the other exciting new sets on the horizon, this February release from LEGO IDEAS winner Norto74 fell under the radar slightly, so we thought we should give it a quick mention.
This truly gorgeous real-world wooden cabin replica evokes nostalgic feelings of remote, old-world America and rustic charm. The stand-out design of the a-frame cabin is its angled roof and raised porch, along with the autumn-coloured tree foliage and canoe. This buildable LEGO model for adults would add a unique style to most living rooms. It is also nice to see an IDEAS submission reproduced with so few changes from the original contest design.
You can grab the A-Frame Cabin 21338 today for £159.99.
