When Will My Order Arrive?

We are experiencing one of our busiest ever periods, as demand for our display products continues to rise. Our lead time is currently 2-4 weeks, taking into account production, packaging, and delivery to your door. We therefore recommend placing your order as early as possible to be first in the queue for delivery.

If you are ordering as a gift, leave a note when placing the order so we can keep in touch with you about progress.

Why Will My Order Take So Long?

Our dedicated team ensures each case and stand is precision cut and packaged to our high standards before leaving the workshop. We don’t believe in making false promises to our customers and don’t want to compromise on our quality checks for the sake of processing orders quickly. Adhering to our strict lead times ensures that everyone receives their orders on a first-come-first-served basis without missing items or compromised packaging.

Can I Pay Extra for Faster Delivery?

As a family-run business, all our display products are made to order, with a dispatch time of 2 to 4 weeks. Each display case order is then sent with a fast-tracked insured courier service (DPD, DHL or FedEx). As our regular delivery service is already fast-tracked, we cannot offer further expedited delivery beyond this.

Please note that we are unable to control how long couriers take to deliver packages once they have been picked up from our workshop. Our estimated delivery window takes into account the usual timescale for our shipping partners to fulfil deliveries, barring unforeseen delays.

How Long Does International Shipping Take?

All our display cases and stands are sent out with an insured trackable courier service like DHL or FedEx. Smaller items like our single minifigure case are sent by Royal Mail post (no tracking available). Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times vary based on where they are being delivered to.

USA: 2–5 business days, depending on customs.

Europe: Typically between 3–5 business days, depending on customs. Once the package reaches your country, the courier will contact you to collect the import tax and duties fee (if not IOSS). If payment is delayed, this can affect delivery times whilst the package is held in customs.

Rest of the world: 3–5 business days, depending on customs.
